The Charter states that the Foundation exists so intelligent systems serve life, dignity, stewardship, and wisdom.

The first source set now includes a charter, manifesto, framework, methodology, passport standard, book drafts, teaching guides, and conference materials.
The Operating Model
The IEOS draft frames the Foundation as an AI-native organization where humans, agents, tools, knowledge, and community collaborate.
Launch Chapter
The next step is public participation.
