Privacy Policy
The Foundation collects only the information needed to operate public updates, membership review, community participation, and launch programs.
Last updated 2026-05-30
Information We Collect
We collect information that people choose to submit through public forms, including email address, name, country, interest area, membership type, and application notes.
We may also receive basic technical information from hosting, security, and analytics systems if those services are enabled for production.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to send Foundation updates, review membership or founding member interest, coordinate community participation, and improve public launch operations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use submitted application text for advertising profiles.
Service Providers
The website may use hosting, form storage, newsletter, email, security, and analytics providers. Production providers must be documented before launch and configured to support the Foundation's privacy commitments.
Provider access should be limited to the information needed to operate the website and related Foundation programs.
Your Choices
Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe or request deletion. Applicants and members can request access, correction, or deletion where the Foundation can reasonably verify the request.
Privacy and data requests can be sent to privacy@intelligentecosystem.org.
Security
The Foundation should use least-privilege access, secure provider accounts, environment variables for secrets, and durable storage with access controls for production submissions.
No public website can guarantee perfect security, but production systems should be reviewed before collecting public submissions at scale.
Policy Updates
This policy may change as the Foundation adds newsletter, member directory, assessment, certification, registry, research library, or conference features.
Material changes should be reflected on this page with a new updated date.
